Friendly staff, good a/c

No blankets for beds, uncomfortable pillows and no extra ones available (1 pillow per person), 1 roll of toilet tissue provided for 2 people for a week with no replenishing, no sundries provided (shampoo,soap etc), shower head wouldn't stay as adjusted and difficult to manage- came off the wall at one point, no ice maker on site. Fee to exchange pool towels out as needed. No view of anything and no breeze by our unit.. Would request a different location on the property if we stay again which we might consider, knowing what we have now learned.

I wouldn't recommend this resort

The location was ideal, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. Also, the pool was beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs and definitely the highlight of the resort. However, the $75 late check-out fee until 7pm was steep considering the check-out time is unusually early (9:30-10:00am) compared to 11am for most hotels. With a checkout time of 11am or 12pm, we could have left for our flight without paying such a large fee and likely returned, but we won't be returning here with that issue. Additionally, the inner units have no ventilation options while showering, a huge design flaw in a humid environment, and we had black mold in our bathroom that was very smelly and a health hazard. Lastly, the resort is "gated" and claims to provide free parking but since it is only gated from the front entrance, other visitors entered from the side entrances and parked around our unit, forcing us to park in the surrounding neighborhood at night and walk onto the resort from dark streets.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Pool area is great. The food is very good and prices are very reasonable.

There was a leak in the sink, so the living room area got all wet. It took a while for the staff to fix it.

We had a nice stay but too bad it was such a short one.

Clean and beautiful. Landscaping were beautiful Loved the rooms with porches

Parking is a challange everyday. As a couple we did not like the single beds. Even if they are single beds, there are ways to make them feel like king size beds. Pool time being 0700 - 1900

Very Good

The front desk was helpful, and the check-in/out was very smooth. Nice pool. Bar next to the pool had a wonderful bartender. Will stay here again.

Housekeeping didn't clean the room. Just change the dirty towels to clean towels. Didn't set spare toilet paper, either. Fix this, and the resort is amazing.

big comfortable room with mini kitchen (including stovetop and oven), lots of space, nice patio and pool

I didn’t like that our sheets weren’t changed the entire time we were there. I didn’t like that there weren’t any wash cloths or toiletries. I also didn’t like that you had to play housekeeping at the end of your stay.
